Terms
The rules for using Roami while it is in beta.
Last updated: 18 October 2026. These terms are between you and Roami (https://roami.xyz), operated by Aaghran Ghosh. Contact: hello@roami.xyz.
By creating an account or using the product, marketing site, or MCP endpoints, you agree to these terms and to the Privacy policy. If you use Roami for an organisation, you confirm you can bind that organisation.
The service
Roami is a content management system where AI agents you connect can draft, audit, and edit within your project. Agents cannot publish or schedule posts. Only a human with the right access can. That rule is part of the product design — see the publish gate and Security.
Roami is currently a beta. Features may change, break, or be removed. There is no uptime SLA. Free during beta does not guarantee a free forever tier; when paid plans launch, beta users will hear first on the pricing page and by email.
Accounts and access
- Keep your login and API keys confidential. You are responsible for activity under them.
- Revoke keys and disconnect agents you no longer trust.
- Name the correct project in agent prompts; do not attempt to access other users' projects.
- We may suspend or terminate accounts that abuse the service or break these terms.
Your content
You retain rights to content you upload or create. You grant Roami a limited licence to host, process, display, and transmit that content only as needed to provide the service (including to agents and tools you connect). You must have the rights to the content you put in Roami, and it must not infringe others' rights or applicable law.
Acceptable use
Do not use Roami to:
- Break the law, or to publish spam, malware, or deceptive content at scale.
- Probe, overload, or bypass security or the publish gate.
- Scrape or abuse APIs/MCP beyond normal product use or published rate limits.
- Impersonate others or misrepresent affiliation with Roami.
You are responsible for what you publish from Roami, including affiliate disclosures and claims in your posts.
Third-party services
Google Search Console, Supabase Auth, Claude, Cursor, Gemini, and other tools you connect are governed by their own terms. Roami is not liable for those services. Wrong endpoint configuration or agent behaviour outside Roami is your responsibility.
Intellectual property
The Roami product, name, logos, and marketing materials are ours. You may not copy the product or brand for a competing service. Feedback you send may be used to improve Roami without obligation to you.
Disclaimer
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" DURING BETA, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that drafts, audits, or SEO suggestions are accurate or that search rankings will improve.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Roami and Aaghran Ghosh are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Our total liability for claims relating to the service is limited to the greater of (a) amounts you paid us for Roami in the three months before the claim, or (b) USD $50 if you have paid nothing (beta).
Indemnity
You will defend and indemnify Roami against claims arising from your content, your use of the service, or your breach of these terms, except to the extent caused by our wilful misconduct.
Changes and termination
We may update these terms; the date above will change when we do. Continued use after a material change means you accept the new terms. You may stop using Roami at any time. We may discontinue the beta or your access with reasonable notice when practical.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in India have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live.
